  2. Take Gram of flour (besan) 1 cup.
  3. You need 1/2 kg of Yogurt.

  12. Get of Oil 1 /2cup.
  13. Get 1 tsp of Cumin seed.
  14. Prepare 6-8 of Whole red chilli.
  15. Use of Karri leaves 8 to 10.
  16. You need of Onion 1 small.
  17. Use of For pakora.
  18. Provide 1 cup of Garamflour.
  19. Use 1 cup of Onion sliced.
  20. Get of Coriander leaves 2 tbsp.
  21. You need 3 of Green chilies chopped.
  22. Prepare 1 tsp of Crushed coriander seeds.
  23. You need 1/2 tsp of Cumin seeds.
  24. Provide 1/2 tsp of Crushed red pepper.
  25. Get 1/4 tsp of Baking soda.
  26. You need 1/2 tsp of Salt.
  27. Take of Water as you require.
  28. Take of Oil for deep frying.
  29. Take of Zeera rice.
  30. Use 2 cup of Rice.
  31. Prepare 1/2 tsp of Zeera.
  32. Provide 6 tbs of Oil.
  33. Take 1/4 tsp of Salt.

Steps to make Karhi chawal:

  1. Mix yogurt and gram flour with 6 cups of water and mix them well, add whole red chilli, salt, turmeric powder, chilli powder,onion ginger paste paste cook it stirring continously till karahi start boilling.
  2. Cook for 1to 2 hours on slow flame till thick, remove from flame and give baghaar..
  3. For Pakora In a bowl mix gram flour, sliced onion, coriander leaves, chopped green chilies, salt, crushed coriander seeds, cumin seeds, crushed red pepper, baking soda, make batter of thick smooth consistency with water as requir.
  4. For Baghaar Heat oil add chopped onion, fry till light golden, add crushed garlic, brown slightly, then add cumin seeds and karrileaves, add to the Karhi, cover immediately..
  5. In a pan heat oil with the spices, then add zeera and fry then add water.and salt When water boils put in rice. Bring the rice to quick boil. Then cover it and cook for 10 min on low flame.
